At Dream and Wonder Balloon Creations, we're passionate about bringing colour, fun, and wonder to your celebrations. We understand you might have a few questions before booking, so we've addressed some of the most common enquiries here.

What is involved in the booking process?

Our booking process is simple and designed to ensure we create exactly what you envision:

1. Book your consultation: Choose a convenient time for a short phone consultation. We will call you at your selected time.

2. Tell us about your celebration: We offer a range of specialised services tailored to meet your individual needs.

3. Receive your personalised quote: We offer a range of specialised services tailored to meet your individual needs. We will discuss this during our initial call. If you proceed you will then read and sign the Policy and Disclaimer Form (after our call).

4. Secure your booking and make a final payment: When you are ready to proceed, a 30% booking fee is required to reserve your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event.

What should I do if guests have sensory aversions or latex allergies?

Your guests' comfort and safety are paramount. Please mention any sensory aversions or latex allergies during your free consultation call. Before payment, our Policy and Disclaimers Form must be filled out, which will address these important details.

Do you only offer services for children's parties?
While we love bringing joy to children's parties with our balloon twisting, we also specialise in beautiful balloon garlands and event styling for a wide range of occasions, including birthdays, baby showers, expos, family events, celebrations, and special occasions for all ages.
